Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across different departments within Freed, from kicking off new positions to closing candidates and supporting onboarding experience.
Be a strategic partner for hiring managers and leaders to identify talent and diverse gaps within their function.
Commit to providing the best candidate experience to all; providing regular check-ins, setting clear expectations and always communicating with empathy.
Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent through sourcing efforts, referrals and job boards.
Maintain data integrity ensuring candidates are properly tracked and compliant in our ATS (Ashby)

Required
5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably some of which has been in high-growth environments)
A passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences.
You know how to effectively prioritize but are also adaptable and flexible- you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.
You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and externally).
You take initiative and are able to identify opportunities and issues, proactively coming up with ways to resolve them.
You are a creative thinker, you challenge yourself to come up with new ways to attract and close candidates.
You are data-oriented and understand how to assess pipeline health and time to close.
