Responsibilities
Audit Planning:Develop comprehensive audit plans to assess internal controls and identify areas of risk.
Financial Reporting:Oversee the auditing of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Risk Assessment:Conduct risk assessments and recommend controls to mitigate identified risks.
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support throughout audits.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency in audit procedures.

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Experience with audit software and tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
