Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of SW products to government customers that support their mission needs to analyze the needs for reliability and maintainability of new and existing Aircraft, Ships, and or Weapons Systems

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and cost baselines

Interface with Government customers to refine requirements, assess satisfaction with current products and determine the needs for enhancements or new products.

Manage subcontractor and supervisor SMX personnel supporting the projects.

Required education: MS Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Master’s Degree in a Technical Discipline, or Master’s Degree in a Business Discipline. A Bachelor's and 4 years of additional experience can be substituted for the Master's Degree.

10 years of experience in a combination of Reliability and Maintainability Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, SW Engineering and/or Project Management.
