Responsibilities

Meeting Generation and Prospecting: Use your network and industry knowledge to generate meetings with decision-makers at healthcare systems, medical groups, independent practices, and payers. Leverage sales tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and schedule high-value meetings
Deal Closure: Focus on closing deals by effectively presenting RPM Healthcare’s solutions, addressing client needs, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to secure long-term partnerships
Solution Presentation: Tailor presentations to highlight the value and benefits of RPM Healthcare's solutions, ensuring alignment with the needs of each healthcare organization
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, tracking meetings, follow-ups, and deal progress. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication to move prospects through the sales process
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies for setting meetings, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall sales performance

Required

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on setting meetings and closing deals, preferably in healthcare or remote patient monitoring
Expert in utilizing sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to prospect, set meetings, and close deals
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on securing new business and driving revenue growth
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, medical groups, and payers, along with knowledge of remote patient monitoring solutions and industry trends
Highly driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a remote work environment
