Responsibilities

Lead the influencer strategy and execution for family/entertainment influencers, primarily in the Chicago market
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
Identify key influencers and micro-influencers relevant to target audiences
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution and measurement
Negotiate partnerships with influencers and manage budgets
Track campaign performance and optimize strategies as needed
Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and maintain a robust influencer network
Understand influencer marketing platforms and tools
Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement

Required
