Responsibilities
Lead planning for revenue growth for assigned region as well as net new opportunities in the <200 bed market as well as Meditech facilities and health systems.
Act as primary client facing contact with assigned accounts.
Aligning internal resources to develop and execute on account strategy.
Work closely with the Solution Architect Team on pre-sale activities (prospect presentations, product demos, best practices presentations and obtaining client referrals.)
Achieve assigned revenue goals
Identify and develop new contacts with executives and mid-level managers within hospitals to drive contract expansion (new facilities, new departments and new users, using our products and services.)
Design and present best practices or customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Communicate internally with peers and management on best practices being used by clients, industry news marketing ideas, and competitive intelligence.
Ensure client expectations are met so there is an ability to upsell into that client and to secure referenceable clients to help sell to new prospects.
Document activity (pipeline movement, on-site reports, quotes, client contact information, contract details) in the companys CRM.
Coordinate, facilitate and attend client meetings.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences as needed.
Build team collaboration and team strategy.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required.
Demonstrates the ability to cultivate and maintain C-Level relationships in client base.
Help manage account base to assure they are referenceable with the Client Success Executives.
Build and grow pipeline 4 times annual quota amount.
Strong presentation skills ability to deliver engaging and well-organized presentations and have strong group facilitation skills.
Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
Strong communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over the phone and in person.
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
