Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s short- and long-term staffing needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
Analyze market trends, industry best practices, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Set performance metrics and manage the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
Build exceptional client relationships, communicating proactively and cultivating strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Implement effective sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Utilize data analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Champion DE&I initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure DE&I goals are integrated into recruitment practices.
Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Required
A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing recruitment teams and developing strategic recruitment initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions.
Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change and gain sponsorship.
Preferred
Recruiting leadership experience in the healthcare or mental health space.
A Master’s degree.
