Responsibilities
Assist in collecting and interpreting qualitative data through surveys to help tell an impact story.
Support the creation of impact reports by synthesizing key data from surveys and other sources to build a cohesive narrative.
Learn to synthesize and code qualitative data based on themes to provide deeper insights into program outcomes.
Help design and manage surveys on Jotforms/Google Forms, utilizing advanced features like conditional questions and skip logic to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with the Impact team to support research and evaluation efforts, integrating external data sources into impact analysis.
Participate in narrative analysis of open-ended survey responses, interviews, and focus group data to capture participant experiences and feedback.
Contribute to comparing and contrasting qualitative findings across programs or departments, identifying trends, similarities, and opportunities for shared practices.
Assist with any other qualitative departmental duties and projects as needed
Learn to analyze survey results and other quantitative data to identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement, with guidance from the Impact team.
Assist in creating pivot tables and dynamic metrics spreadsheets to help track and visualize participant outcomes in real time.
Gain experience in organizing and structuring data within spreadsheets using advanced formulas, tabs, and efficient formatting for clarity and accessibility.
Support the creation of interactive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Looker Studio, with mentorship from senior team members.
Assist in cleaning and preparing raw data, learning how to apply various formulas and tools to extract, organize, and analyze data for deeper insights.
Help conduct data audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability under the supervision of the Impact team.
Explore AI-driven tools to assist in data analysis and automation, improving workflow efficiency.
Assist with any other quantitative projects or departmental tasks as needed, with a focus on learning and skill development.
Participate in Impact Team meetings, contributing insights, taking detailed notes, and helping to foster a collaborative team culture.
Support the team on special projects related to research, evaluation, and impact measurement as needed.

Required
Able to access strong and reliable WiFi (for remote working days)
Passion for project management, social impact, and using data to drive organizational improvements.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging materials for various audiences.
Preferred
Experience in impact assessment, qualitative data analysis, or storytelling techniques.
Familiarity with logic models and their application in program evaluation.
Experience working with data analysts or in a data-driven environment.
Experience co-leading or facilitating professional development sessions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
