Responsibilities

Lead the strategic and operational change management initiatives required for the successful implementation and adoption of SAP systems across the organization.

Be responsible for driving the human-centered elements of transformation, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, trained, and engaged throughout the SAP rollout and beyond.

Required

Advanced English skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on ERP system implementations.

Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, especially related to technology or process transformations.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead change across diverse business units.

Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Change Model.

Strong knowledge of organizational change dynamics, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management.

At least 5 years of experience working on SAP implementations or leading SAP adoption initiatives.

In-depth understanding of SAP modules, user roles, workflows, and how they impact business processes.

Experience working closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and user needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with senior leadership and frontline employees.

Experience in influencing and managing senior stakeholders across different regions and functions.
