Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the IT infrastructure refresh project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress for four pilot sites within a healthcare system.
Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and organize detailed business and technical requirements for the IT infrastructure updates.
Regularly collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget.
Provide technical insight and direction during the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, coordinating with engineers and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including networking, server, storage, and other technical updates.
Previous experience working within a healthcare environment is highly desirable, understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry.
Expertise in gathering, organizing, and documenting technical requirements in a clear and structured manner to ensure seamless project execution.
Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms and ensuring stakeholder expectations are aligned.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in Project Management (PMP) required
