Responsibilities

Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

Researches and screens provider Network Participation Requests. Researches and appropriately reassigns misrouted issues.

Prepares and mails/faxes provider letters and contract packets.

Prepares and mails provider welcome packets.

Scans/files completed contracts. Scans, files and manages existing provider contract documents.

Provides research and administrative support to the department.

Keeps detailed and accurate notes regarding all negotiation efforts in the tracking database.

Communicates information between Health Net and providers in a clear and concise manner, providing information consistent with department guidelines.

Maintains professionalism in response to escalated provider calls.

Performs other duties as assigned.
