Responsibilities
Creating Impactful Training Programs: Developing and delivering onboarding and ongoing development programs tailored to the needs of both new hires and seasoned sales professionals. Using innovative training methods—like role-playing, workshops, and interactive exercises—to ensure lasting impact.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keeping the sales team informed and prepared to tackle industry trends, market changes, and company initiatives. Crafting and refining sales messaging to align with the company’s competitive edge and value proposition.
Assessing and Developing Talent: Partnering with sales leaders to evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and deliver targeted coaching and development plans. Enhance both individual and team success through focused efforts.
Measuring Success: Defining KPIs to track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs. Share insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborating Across Teams: Working hand-in-hand with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to ensure training content remains relevant and actionable.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
At least 7 years of experience in sales training or enablement with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
Expertise in sales processes, messaging, and performance metrics, paired with strong facilitation and communication skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools to assess and refine training initiatives.
A collaborative spirit, sharp analytical mind, and a knack for problem-solving in a constantly evolving environment.
