Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships that drive revenue and expand our reach.
Grow and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual success and sustained collaboration.
Stay ahead of industry trends, especially within the property management space, to identify untapped opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
Set, track, and report on KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and ensure they deliver on TakeUp’s growth ambitions.

Required
Minimum 5 years in business development, with a focus on partnerships, alliances, or strategic growth.
Familiarity with Property Management Systems or similar SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You’re analytical, organized, and results-oriented, with a keen eye for assessing partnership ROI.
