Required
4 to 10 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a technology related commercial contracts
Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
Strong communication skills
Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
Outstanding references
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
Preferred
In-house experience in the finance and/or mortgage industry is a plus
Privacy related experience is also a plus
