Responsibilities

Manage a team of data analysts and data specialists for Shareability

Manage client relationships for data workstreams and oversee a team of client-side data analysts

Conduct social listening, primary research, ROI modeling, and other necessary functions required to support client deliverables

Work with internal and external stakeholders including our Strategy, Creative, and Business Development teams to push for data-driven solutions

Proactively communicate with other department heads at Shareability to ensure resources are properly allocated to support client needs

Identify tools and new ways of working to expand and grow data competency as an organization

Stay up-to-date on new and evolving technology in the data space and beyond with an eye for applying it to our business and clients

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher

8+ years of relevant professional experience

5+ years of experience with SQL and data warehousing

5+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

5+ years of experience with social media analytics and campaign data

Experience managing a team

Strong analytical and technical skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills both internally and with outside clients

Able to play a leadership role and collaborate with other leaders at the company to push growth in data and insights at the company

Detail-oriented and extremely well organized with strong time management skills

Ingrained in social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and beyond

A self-starter and has the ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, especially when there are multiple projects and/or clients

A professional leader who works well in a group setting and collaboratively across departments but can also thrive with independent assignments
