Responsibilities

Lead project implementations and product configurations for client accounts

Efficiently manage the design process, defining a solution which accurately aligns Medable’s software and capabilities with study scope

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medable's software, technology, and processes to be able to guide a client to the best use of Medable's platform to meet their needs

Guide peers to develop study implementations aligned with Medable’s best practices and design standards

Collect and record study requirements, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of the design elements necessary to deliver the defined solution

Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on time

Establish and manage project timelines and objectives, driving them to timely completion

Proactively identify and addresses issues or risks

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and work to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction

Provide technical/product training and support and explain complex technical topics in an easy to understand way to non-technical audience

Prepare, report on, and distribute progress reports

Effectively prioritize own and workload of other team members, facilitating collaboration across multiple divisions within the company

Manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing improvement initiatives

Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts associated with process, documentation, systems & more

Required

Minimum of 8 years of related experience

Experience leading project implementations and product configurations to meet client requirements and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met

Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process

Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, clinical data models and other eClinical data collection instruments

Demonstrates experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specifications

Experience creating and managing project plans

Experience with clinical trial (ePRO, EDC, mobile) or healthcare software solutions

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

Adept at solving complicated technical problems and conversing with clients

Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines

Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities

Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the 'big picture' view

Smartsheets or equivalent project management software

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or equivalent office software

JIRA or equivalent bug-tracking software

Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience
