Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the region, in alignment with Altais network goals.
Tailor campaigns to local regions, ensuring relevance to the local market.
Drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for the brand across multiple channels (digital, events, PR, etc.).
Conduct market research to understand trends, and the competitive landscape in the region.
Analyze marketing performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Work closely with the Physician Network Development team to ensure marketing initiatives support goals and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with teams to communicate services updates, features, and benefits to regional market.
Align on key messaging and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
Plan, execute, and manage regional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, content creation, and PR efforts.
Oversee the creation of regional-specific marketing collateral and digital content.
Manage budgets for regional marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Plan and execute regional events, learning opportunities, webinars, and other marketing activations to engage customers and prospects.
Identify and foster relationships with key local partners, network, and media to amplify marketing efforts.
Ensure all regional marketing efforts align with the Altais’s brand standards, values, and messaging.
Work to increase brand visibility and awareness within the region.
Track the performance of marketing initiatives, measuring ROI and key KPIs.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, customer acquisition, and overall regional marketing impact.

Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, provider relations, network development, or a related role.
Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in market conditions or priorities.
