Required
2–5 years of experience as a recruiter
Proven time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a sense of urgency
Expert-level proficiency with MS Word and MS Outlook
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Must have access to high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space
