Responsibilities
Oversees complex programs and projects, managing relationships, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Develops project plans, budgets, and schedules while coordinating work across multiple teams.
Monitors cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure project success.
Mentors project leads and consults on best practices.
Assesses resource requirements and negotiates with management to meet project deliverables.
Coordinates with leadership, departments, and teams to plan and schedule activities to achieve objectives.
Manages vendors from contracting through project completion, ensuring service delivery and issue resolution.
Acts as a liaison between departments, ensuring continuity, collaboration, and efficient use of resources.
Analyzes processes and outcomes to identify and implement improvements.
Ensures adherence to Corewell Project Management methodology and quality standards.
Promotes knowledge and use of project management tools and methodologies.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
General Healthcare Project Management understanding EHR/ EPIC
Experience in a project management role that adheres to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles and practices. Includes: Leading multiple moderately-sized project teams of eight or more team members within a matrix organization; Supervising or leading resources directly or indirectly in a cross-functional team environment; and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions
CRT-Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute Or CRT-Program Management Professional (PgMP)
