Responsibilities
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating video, webcasts, and digital media production projects.
Maintain project schedules, workflows, and timelines for deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
Update project management platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
Provide foundational support in video and podcast production, including uploading and organizing assets.
Assist with drafting show notes and refining webcast talking points to ensure show readiness.
Learn and contribute to producing polished content through hands-on collaboration with production teams
Support virtual and live event logistics, including scheduling recordings and tracking deliverables.
Coordinate communications with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to align expectations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
Provide administrative support to maintain smooth project workflows.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination or media production, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Passion for digital media, including video content and podcasts; experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
