Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing : Identify and engage top-tier candidates for Sales, Account Executive, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles.
• Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack communities, niche sourcing platforms and more.
• Candidate Engagement : Craft compelling outreach strategies to attract passive candidates, showcasing Sully.ai’s mission and opportunities.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver diverse, high-quality candidates.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify talent pools and inform sourcing strategies.
• Metrics-Driven : Track and report on sourcing effectiveness, optimizing outreach campaigns based on performance data.
• Interviewing & Screening: You will support the recruiting function in screening and evaluating Sales/GTM Candidates
