Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of PFF’s marketing strategy, focusing on the growth and retention of PFF+ subscribers.
Lead strategic planning sessions with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
Develop and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement of PFF+.
Ensure campaigns are rolled out across all channels in an organized and cohesive manner.
Align all marketing communications across campaigns and oversee creative asset development for various platforms, including digital, social, and email.
Leverage market insights, subscriber data, and marketing tools to develop consumer-relevant marketing initiatives.
Partner with product and analytics teams to refine attribution models, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving conversions.
Identify consumer trends that pave the way for product and marketing innovation in the fantasy football and betting spaces.
Collaborate with product, business development, and engineering teams to ensure seamless rollout of marketing initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with the Media team to optimize the pipeline from media audience to PFF+ subscribers, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
Manage and mentor a growing team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Set performance goals, establish priorities, and conduct regular evaluations to support team growth and accountability.
Manage multiple marketing budgets, ensuring spend aligns with business priorities and delivers maximum ROI.
Track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the management team to craft and deliver high-quality internal and external communications that align with PFF’s vision and strategy.
Ensure all communications reflect PFF’s brand voice and effectively engage key stakeholders, including employees, partners, and subscribers.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital products, subscriptions, or SaaS within the sports industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Passion for football and familiarity with PFF’s products and vision.
