Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, develop and implement robust scalable solutions across our customer facing web experience

Lead and mentor a team of developers contributing to a positive team culture

Efficiently manage engineering resources through sprint planning, polishing up tickets, and mitigating challenges and roadblocks for the team, ensuring on time delivery of project timelines, deliverables, and resources

Design, build, and scale web platforms for high-traffic applications, requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Perform thorough QA testing including cross-browser/platform compatibility in partnership with the QA Engineer to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot bugs

Contribute to the maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation and write technical documentation as needed

Implement third-party pixels and work with analytic tools to support data-driven decision making

Act as a central engineering point of contact for cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment of engineering resourcing, goals and strategies
