Responsibilities
Manage month-end close process for multiple different clients,
Review accounts payable and receivable cycles work performed by staff accountant,
Create and process payroll through various payroll softwares,
Assist with cash balance tracking and planning,
Interact directly with clients to address questions pertaining to our services,
Work with the Manager and Partner on financial analysis and preparation of models / forecasts,
Other special projects as requested.

Required
Part time to full time availability. Must have weekday business hours availability
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work and interact with a variety of clients
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be very proactive, self-starter, and have strong attention to detail
Ability to multi task, work independently, and handle additional projects as needed
BS Degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance
Two years of financial or accounting experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Gusto payroll
CPA
Previous experience with start-up companies
