Responsibilities
Ensuring profitability for all partners and retirement plan clients through effective relationship management.
Collaborating with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to improve relationships between customers and the company.
Delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Retirement plan clients, ensuring growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners.
Deliver accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services.
Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers, identifying customer's expectations and developing a strong working relationship.
Market company products and services supporting multiple product lines and maintaining profitability goals by focusing marketing efforts and allocation of resources.
Use creativity, problem solving skills, and in-depth product knowledge for optimally arriving at solutions for retaining clients at risk and resolving sophisticated client issues.
Manage Retirement plan services (e.g. reports, compliance, benefit payments) for assigned customers, anticipating their needs and assisting them with complex plan administration.
Serve as a SME and assist with the training and mentoring of the team, while being a role model in endorsing RIS department philosophies.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years related experience required for Sr Client Service Associate.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills for Sr Client Service Associate.
Ability to learn basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services for Sr Client Service Associate.
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years related experience for Client Service Manager.
Requires strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills for Client Service Manager.
Some overnight travel may be required to conduct customer meetings independently for Client Service Manager.
Requires extensive knowledge and understanding of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services for Client Service Manager.
Requires advanced business unit knowledge and technical skills, including knowledge of all products, regulations, and laws for Client Service Manager.
Have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment for Client Service Manager.
Possess a basic understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications for Client Service Manager.
Be able to coordinate a large volume of customer activities for Client Service Manager.
Preferred
Experience with retirement plans or prior plan administration experience preferred for Sr Client Service Associate.
