Responsibilities
Support client implementations, managing detailed configuration and technical setup elements
Project planning and execution. Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully
Communicate and interact with a wide range of customers; explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Thoughtfully leverage existing functionality based on unique client needs
Exercise attention to detail, proactive project management, and consistent follow-up
Identify opportunities for product/process improvement
Operate independently as well as collaborating within a larger cross-functional team
Demonstrate technical knowledge, JSON, SQL, REST API skills and the ability to learn our products quickly and support business needs

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Real Estate or similar
2+ years of PM experience, ideally in a technical client-facing and/or consulting role
Knowledge of (or a strong interest in learning) about institutional real estate, particularly single-family residential investments
Experience with technical systems and tools like Postman, Excel, and Google Sheets
Some knowledge of JSON, SQL, REST API
Experience with project management best practice and tools
Familiarity with Saas and/or start-up environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities
