Responsibilities
Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities across health, wellness, and biotech infrastructure.
Conduct rigorous diligence on prospective and follow-on investments, evaluating financials, key metrics, and growth opportunities.
Explore targeted sectors, develop strategic insights, and create detailed market maps to inform investment strategy.
Build authentic relationships with entrepreneurs and the broader healthcare ecosystem to source deals, identify trends, and generate new opportunities.
Collaborate with our portfolio companies on various ad hoc projects related to sales, go-to-market strategy, product development, fundraising, etc.

Required
Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) an MBA, MD, MPH, or PhD with a strong interest in healthcare and technology
Can devote 10-20 hours per week
2-6 years of experience in startups, VC/PE, investment banking, consulting, health system, health plan, etc.
A demonstrated passion for startups, venture capital, and emerging technologies
Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Curious, self-starters who thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal oversight
Collaborative team players with integrity, a strong work ethic, and high standards for excellence
