Responsibilities
Brand strategy: Develop and execute high-impact brand guidelines that will permeate through the business to create a seamless experience for our customers. Identify strongly with the user personas and identify new customer segments to expand our target audience.
SEO: Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the company’s digital platforms. Determine our top targeted keywords and build against these for SERP domination.
Content: Lead our content strategy, beginning with a content calendar that combines information about HeySunday with cleaning and challenges for households trying to have it all (or hold everything together while 'having it all' on their Instagram stories). Collaborate with the creative team to produce blog posts, videos, infographics, and other formats that tell compelling stories. Don't write with chatGPT (even if I absolutely used it to put this job post together).
Social media: Pair content with social media posts. Engage with our community through comments and DMs. Stay up to date on trends on social media and be able to quickly execute on these. You should be excited about creating your own content and working with our team of UGC content creators.
PR and press: Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers. Develop strategic partnerships with brands and influencers who align with the company’s mission and values.

Required
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create relatable and engaging narratives.
Proficiency in overseeing and producing diverse content formats, from blog posts to short-form video content.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
A creative approach to problem-solving and campaign ideation, ensuring content is fresh and impactful.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and inform decision-making.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Deep understanding of the challenges faced by women managing households and the mental load of daily tasks.
Ability to create campaigns and messaging that authentically resonate with the target audience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Preferred
Experience working with brands focused on household products, women’s issues, or relatable, solution-oriented content.
Familiarity with approachable, non-aspirational branding styles that focus on authenticity.
