Responsibilities
Define and lead CoCreator AI’s overarching AI strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Explore and implement advanced AI techniques, such as neuro-symbolic AI for reasoning and Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) for dynamic decision-making.
Foster an innovative and collaborative team culture that encourages experimentation with new AI concepts and methods.
Architect, develop, and optimize the AI engine that powers CoCreator’s business mentor platform.
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to cater specifically to the needs and language of SMEs.
Maintain high performance and quality standards for the AI model, ensuring actionable and relevant guidance for users.
Design and implement a robust data strategy for sourcing, preprocessing, and managing high-quality datasets.
Collaborate with data engineers to secure data integrity, compliance, and security.
Continuously analyze AI performance metrics to refine and enhance the platform’s effectiveness.
Act as a bridge between CTO and technical teams by clearly articulating AI capabilities, opportunities, and limitations.
Partner with product manager to translate customer insights into actionable AI development goals.
Provide technical expertise to support marketing, business development, and fundraising efforts.

Required
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience leading AI development teams and deploying real-world AI applications.
Deep expertise in machine learning and familiarity with reinforcement learning and neuro-symbolic AI.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or equivalent languages.
Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies, big data, and advanced analytics.
Preferred
Experience in financial services or SME-focused solutions.
Background in ethical AI development and deployment.
Proven ability to scale AI models and systems for dynamic business environments.
