Responsibilities

Responsible for client-specific communications planning and ongoing campaign execution for a large book of accounts (100+ accounts)

Partner with Client Success to support and influence clients within your shared book of business, to meet annual revenue targets

Work with Growth Marketing to pilot and execute new ways to spread awareness about Hinge Health to eligible members

Responsible for helping to evolve Enrollment Marketing processes and improving our marketing campaigns

Fill gaps and identify opportunities to improve results and scale processes in our marketing funnel

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare related fields

3+ years of professional experience with project management for multiple marketing campaigns using Asana or Salesforce

3+ years of professional experience with tracking and monitoring performance to inform marketing strategy

3+ of professional experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients.

Professional experience with campaign management using a wide variety of communication channels such as: digital (email, SMS) to analog (direct mail, OOH, broad awareness, experiential) and beyond (ambassadors, community).

Preferred

Professional experience working cross functionally with teams such as marketing operations, engineering and creative to build marketing materials for clients

Experience working in healthcare benefits.

Experience working in a B2B2C capacity.
