Responsibilities
Web Application Development: Build and maintain internal web applications using JavaScript and React, ensuring they meet the functional requirements of data processing and ML pipelines
Database Management: Work with databases, particularly MongoDB, to manage data storage, retrieval, and integration within web applications
User Interface Design: Develop intuitive, efficient user interfaces that make it easy for data and ML teams to interact with internal tools
Backend Integration: Support backend development and ensure seamless integration with data processing pipelines, enhancing the performance and scalability of applications
Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML teams, and other stakeholders, documenting application functionality and workflows
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with coursework in web development and databases
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React for building dynamic web applications
Familiarity with databases, particularly MongoDB, and understanding of database management
Strong skills in front-end development, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical requirements clearly
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in the context of data applications and backend integration
40 hours/week, full-time
