Handle high volume, back-to-back inbound calls
Match U-Haul products and services with Customer needs
Work within defined guidelines, including following a script and advisories
Facilitate a seamless and efficient Reservation process and Customer journey.

Required

One year of Customer Service or Sales experience in a retail setting/environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a clear speaking voice, excellent verbal communication, and active listening.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and efficiently navigate multiple business software applications.
Successful completion of a job-related assessment.
Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday with a primary focus of Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Arizona time).
Available to work at least one weekend day per week.
Working holidays is required to provide support for Customers year-round.
All work duties, including initial education, must be performed at your home address in a private, quiet workspace.
Dependent and/or child-care arrangements must be made as if you are working in-person in an office environment.
A personal home computer which meets the technical requirements to be used during the application process and to perform your job duties.
Computer Specifications: Operating System: Windows 11, RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB recommended), Processor: CPU benchmark score of 6,000 minimum (10,000 recommended), Storage: SSD with at least 5GB free space.
Additional Hardware: Webcam (external or built-in), USB headset (wired).
Internet Speeds: Ping: under 100, Download: 50MB minimum (100MB recommended), Upload: 5MB minimum (10MB recommended).

Preferred

Sales experience is preferred but not required.
