Director of Client Services – Office of the CFO Practice

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Office of the CFO practice.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CFOs, private equity firms, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the successful delivery of services in fractional leadership, transformation, turnaround, and transaction execution.
Collaborate with internal practice leaders to align service delivery with client needs and objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm's presence in the Texas market and nationally.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to address their finance and operational challenges.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA) are a plus.
Proven experience in client service or relationship management, preferably within a private equity firm or a top-tier public accounting firm.
Deep understanding of private equity-backed finance functions and the challenges facing CFOs.
Strong network within the DFW Metroplex and beyond.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
