Responsibilities
Manage performance of all MFH work on this contract
Ensure strict adherence to contract compliance and quality control measures
Oversee the delivery of fully qualified and trained personnel capable of providing information, assistance, referral, and follow-up services to families and survivors from all service components
Oversee the development and delivery of training necessary to maintain a high level of proficiency among MFH coordinator staff
Assist with the coordination and conduct of MFH and SOS annual training events/conferences
Draft and deliver written reports in accordance with contract requirements
When required, serve as Program Manager

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in program management
Experience with ARNG MFH and SOS missions, programs, and processes
Experience managing contracts with geographically disbursed personnel
Experience managing programs with 25+ personnel
Experience with quality control and contract compliance
Ability to create and deliver (on-time) written reports that include data from 100+ work locations
Experience coordinating and conducting annual training events
