Guide Veterans Through Their Benefits: Educate clients on their entitlements, assist in estate planning tasks, and help safeguard their family’s future—all via Zoom
Build and Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with clients and their families, offering support and personalized solutions tailored to their needs
Use Modern Technology: Utilize digital tools to streamline your workflow and maximize efficiency, all from your computer and phone
Support Clients Beyond Enrollment: Provide ongoing assistance with policies and claims, ensuring a positive, long-lasting experience
Inspire and Collaborate: Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and leading by example

Required
Experienced in customer service or sales with a passion for helping others
Thrive in a remote setting and are proactive about achieving personal and team goals
