Responsibilities
Proactively identify Barnhart projects and equipment for potential content capture (photography, video, or drone footage) to support sales and marketing efforts.
Methodically track upcoming jobs that would be valuable for creating sales and marketing content, ensuring coverage at key points in the project lifecycle.
Research completed projects to collect available visuals (photos, videos) taken during the job.
Organize and tag collected content in appropriate libraries for easy access by marketing, sales, and communication teams.
Maintain and update content repositories, including photo libraries and sales enablement tools.
Coordinate collaboration folders used by internal communications, social media managers, and graphic designers.
Create and manage customer project collages for presentations and marketing materials.
Assist in producing project case studies, including gathering basic job scope details for publications such as Lifting Letter, the company website, and additional media.
Collaborate with the Internal Communications Coordinator to manage content on Barnhart’s Digital Sign Network.
Ensure consistency and alignment in content across all platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communication channels.
Possess a solid understanding of crane, rigging, and construction equipment and processes to accurately identify content opportunities and communicate effectively with project teams.
Serve as a content expert who can recognize industry trends and customer needs, providing insights to the marketing team.

Required
Familiarity with the crane, rigging, construction, and related industries.
Ability to identify and understand various equipment, processes, and services used within these sectors.
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
Experience with video editing, photography, and basic photo retouching.
Strong organizational abilities to manage a large library of digital content, ensuring it is easily accessible to internal teams and vendors.
Attention to detail to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and stored correctly for future use.
Passion for research and the ability to methodically identify valuable content opportunities.
Experience in managing creative processes from concept through to final execution, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal communications, marketing, and project management.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on content creation, coordination, or marketing.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent work experience.
Experience in engineering, building science, and construction management a plus.
Familiarity with 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, Z-Brush, Unity Engine, or CAD is a plus.
