Responsibilities
Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure; managing claims through well-developed action plans to ensure timely resolution.
Negotiating settlements of claims within your designated authority and calculating timely reserves throughout the claim lifecycle.
Managing the litigation process and ensuring timely and cost-effective claims resolution while maintaining professional relationships with clients and claimants.

Required
At least five (5) years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
