Responsibilities

Defines the scope of projects in collaboration with Associate Director of Data & Technology.

Creates a work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Assists with determining the resources (time, money, collaterals, etc.) required to complete the project.

Determines the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

Ensures project has adequate resources including staff.

Executes the project according to the project plan.

Monitors the progress of the project and adjusts as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Other duties as assigned.

Required

4-year bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited Program/university, preferably in one of the following areas: business administration, engineering, social policy, psychology, social work, statistics, operations management, or related field required.

2+ years of proven experience in project management, Macro Social Work projects (or similar).

Driver’s License with clear record.

Employee must have a stable internet connection and access to a private office is required.
