Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, including calculating wages, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all payroll activities adhere to legal standards.
Handle benefits administration related to payroll, including deductions, additions, and resolving any employee queries.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Utilize payroll software to input data, generate reports, and handle any system-related tasks efficiently.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex), strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Trustworthy, discreet with confidential information, proactive problem-solver, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
