Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention.
Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth.
Onboarding and Training: work closely with our technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they fully understand and adopt the company’s products within a well-defined and closely managed onboarding process.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor customer usage, health and risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address potential issues.
Collaborate closely with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners and more stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and success of your accounts.

Required
Proven experience in customer account management including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning.
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive
Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs.
Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
