Responsibilities

Define and lead high-impact test initiatives, developing innovative test strategies and frameworks for complex systems.

Serve as a key contributor to the technical roadmap, integrating best practices in software and hardware testing across the organization.

Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing guidance on complex testing issues and setting best practices.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.

Required

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

You have 10+ years of experience in software and systems testing with demonstrated expertise in both software and hardware configurations.

You have advanced programming skills and mastery of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integrations.

You have proven leadership experience and an ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality-focused initiatives at scale.

Preferred

Deep understanding of RF systems, wireless communications, and complex hardware environments.
