Responsibilities
Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required

Required
Residential Property Appraisal and Valuation skills
Market Analysis and Trend Identification
Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Reporting
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal Software
State Certification or License as an Appraiser
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing
Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience
Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance
Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties
Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams
Preferred
FHA Approved appraiser
