Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for clients, managing the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.

Ensure client interactions are meaningful, addressing their needs with tailored IP solutions.
Work closely with various team members using tools like Zoom and Slack to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.
Engage in continuous professional development, being open to feedback, and contributing to team improvement.
Complete onboarding, learn about THEOIS's business model, team, and mission.
Begin sales training focused on our unique value proposition.
Finish personalized sales training, including practical scenarios.
Achieve proficiency in explaining THEOIS's offerings and start managing leads.
Fully integrate into the team, expand knowledge in IP specifics, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, identify areas for process improvements, and contribute to policy formulation.
Mentor new team members, continue to grow your own sales pipeline, and act as a key contributor to team success.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years in B2B sales, particularly in technology or IP sectors, is ideal
Proven track record in account management or sales roles
Exceptional client interaction skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
Strong competitive drive, aiming to exceed sales quotas with an uncapped commission structure
Continuous learner, thriving on feedback and knowledge-sharing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines
