Responsibilities
Prospect potential clients in order to obtain new business.
Identify opportunities for expanding partnerships with existing clients, positioning our service to match their ongoing needs.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to both existing and new clients.
Regularly report on account status, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Required
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
Experience working within the multifamily industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
Ability to work independently, manage large, diverse customer portfolios, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
