Responsibilities
Working with various internal and external partners, you will use your technical mind to bring awareness to architects, engineers, contractors, and specifiers on the merits of our product offering while using your sales skills to ensure that specifications are adopted and sales leads are converted.
Working collaboratively with a team of field sales professionals to ensure the sales cycle is completed with our various end users.
Coaching best practices to a diverse group of field sales professionals and increasing product know-how and positioning of insulation system offerings.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of successful experience specifying construction products
360° Partner with a demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
Direct experience with concrete construction
Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor communication style for the target audience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
