Responsibilities
Resolve email ticket issues in a Salesforce CRM and work 1:1 with customers experiencing issues via Teams as needed.
Able to quickly learn a new application, review incoming customer tickets, identify the potential resolution, and explain to the user, via email ticket, how to resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner.
Experience providing high-quality customer service and resolutions to customers without a technical background preferred.

Help desk support experience
CRM (preferably Salesforce) experience
customer support skills
strong written communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to draft custom customer support email responses
