Responsibilities
Partner with our media agency to develop our strategy for our TV, OLV, Sponsorship, Cinema, Audio, and OOH media buys.
Manage our awareness budget.
Brief the creative team on the assets we'll need for our awareness media, ensuring to champion best practices by channel and to provide trackable click to action urls where applicable. Deliver post campaign insights and go forward recommendations for media optimizations.
Creative optimization on OLV, which includes identifying when we need new videos, working with the Creative team and our team intern to deliver new videos, and uploading the new videos to YouTube.
Partner with our media agency and Google to audit our OLV media campaigns, identifying best practices and areas of opportunity. Work with global colleagues to learn their best practices and improvement areas.
Deliver a strategic OLV awareness/consideration strategy based on a Google and media agency-driven audit, as well as global best practices.
Deliver a strategic OLV acquisition strategy, focusing on increasing new memberships from Video for Action campaigns and looking holistically across paid media video channels. This will also lean on best practices from Google and global colleagues.
Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to inform channel decision making and propose new marketing ideas.
Run tests and optimizations to ensure incrementality with our media spend.
Stay up to date on digital media industry trends and industry activity in order to make recommendations.

Required
B.A./B.S. required
5+ years of Awareness Paid Media experience, preferably in entertainment, subscription services, or at a media agency, managing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget across TV, OLV, Sponsorships, Cinema, Audio, and OOH.
Professional presence and communication skills with ability to multiple task across multiple priorities
Customer focused, creative, strategic, and analytical
Budget and forecasting management experience, including creating 'what if' scenarios and distilling media trends and KPIs into a story
Ability to generate and quickly execute upon actionable recommendations based on the synthesis and analysis of data
Experience gathering and utilizing channel data and customer insights and turning these insights into successful marketing campaigns
Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
A demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and with external partners to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals
Preferred
MBA or graduate degree.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of subscription revenue business models.
Experience marketing in Canada, marketing in a dual-language marketplace, and fluency in French is a plus.
