Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Work closely with senior product leadership to refine and execute Jetzy's product vision. Assist in defining and evolving our product roadmap by aligning with business goals and user needs.
Agile Product Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap, with a focus on iterative releases and timely delivery.
Customer-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user interviews, and engage with our community to ensure our product solves real-world problems in the travel and lifestyle space.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize metrics and user data to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for product improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into actionable features, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and quality.
Product Lifecycle Management: Support the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and track post-launch performance to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor products, bringing insights that help shape product strategy and innovations at Jetzy.

Required

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Product Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline from a prestigious institution (e.g., Stanford, MIT, Harvard).
2-3 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have worked in tech, travel, or consumer products.
Proven experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product releases.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams to create intuitive product experiences.

Preferred

Experience with SaaS or mobile products (especially in travel, lifestyle, or social networking).
Experience in fractional or part-time roles is a plus.
Familiarity with prototyping and design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
