Required

9+ years experience at scale with Ruby on Rails, Heroku, Redis, Elastic Search and sidekiq queue.
Back end expertise developing large-scale products in various languages.
Solid experience working with SQL databases.
Experience designing and implementing automated test suites for complex applications.
Experience with Microservices, Architecting, queues and high-throughput systems.
Ability to take ownership of a project, fill in the gaps, and ensure production-ready releases.

Preferred

Docker experience is a bonus
Bonus for PostgreSQL
