Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies
Manage social media channels and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Support the development of marketing materials for healthcare events, conferences, and community outreach programs

Required
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or related role
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with healthcare specific marketing strategies, such as patient engagement, physician referral programs, and healthcare content marketing
